GK – A good goalkeeper is always a must with any tactic, this one is no different.
DC - LCB quicker, sweeper. RCB stop hold guardian, good in the air, leader.
DL/R - good going forward, as well as back; need pace and good marking along with crossing.
DMC - could well as be a CB, with good passing; nothing major required, good marking and work rate.
ML/R - general winger attributes – crossing, passing, pace and finishing can be quite good especially as they seem to drive in and create a lot of good opportunities.
AMC - LCM, could as well be a ACM, good finishing. RCM a play maker, good passing and work rate.
FC – Must be a natural striker but physical attributes are key, needs strength and pace also to be effective in the air is a must as well as on the ground.
